Rates and policies
The rental is for the full house with a two night minimum. We do not rent by the room.
Rates: $275/weekday and weekend nights, or $1625/full week. Cleaning fee is $120.00.
**Ski Season Special – $225/night**
Additional cleaning fee of $50 for pets
Rules and Regulations:
Check in/out: Check in time after 3 pm. Check out is 11 am. If you need early check in, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate. For after-hours arrival, please make arrangements prior.
Pets: Dogs are permitted only with prior approval. $50 additional cleaning fee is required. Extra cleaning is always required to make sure the house is clean enough for people suffering from allergies. Your dog must be well behaved, good with people and house trained. You will be responsible for anything destroyed or damaged by your dog. NO CATS or other animals allowed. Should you choose not to inform us of your dog, you will be charged $100 per night, per pet.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
Age: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Reservation Deposit: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at time of reservation. The BALANCE is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
Security Deposit: We do not require a security deposit. However, guest agrees to compensate us for any excessive cleaning or missing items. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the sole responsibility of the guest. In lieu of a security deposit, the renter agrees to the terms set forth upon submission of payment.
Cancellations: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 3% Cancellation fee (our transaction fee). Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. There will be no refunds for cancellations that are made within thirty (30) days of the first nights stay. However if we are able to rent the house during that time or part of the time we will issue a refund for the time rented.
Additional: We want to make sure The Stella House is spotless for each guest.
No daily maid service: While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels for use at community pools. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
